8 to 9:15 am: *Asana workshop* understanding asana, and get the experience of how the asanas feel.
9:15 or 10:30 am☕ Breakfast time nourish the body.
10:30 to 12:30 pm*Morning lecture*
12:30 to 1 pm*Self study and reserch*
1 to 2 pm 🥗Lunch break:
2 to 3 pm *Evening lecture*
3:15 to 4:45 pm *second Evening lecture*
4:45 to 5:45 pm break, personal space
5:45 to 7:15 pm *Asana practice and meditation*
7:15 to 8:15 pm *Dinner*
