Explore the underwater home of spotted eagle rays, loggerhead turtles, whale sharks, bountiful reef fish and colorful coral. Try flats fishing for permit and bonefish.

Each person is allowed five activities. There is an option to  'turn an activity back in' if you do not want to do all five. A credit will be provided to your booking, however, this choice must be made at time of Final Payment.

With this being a boutique resort with only 30 rooms, we were only allowed to reserve 7 of those rooms for our group. In an effort to make the most of the space we could reserve, the rooming assignments will be very important. Please understand that due to space limitations, Single Rooms cannot be accommodated on this offering.

ALL rooms are beachfront rooms, just steps away from the pool, dining and beach!

We have the following rooms reserved:

   2 Beachfront Queen Rooms - Two Queen Beds (2 people, each) $2918/per person

   3 Beachfront Kings - One King Bed & One additional Bed (2 people, each) $2918/per person

   2 Beachfront Plus - One King Bed & Two Twin Beds (2 or 3 people each) $2685/per person if 4

We will do our best to place you in the room you request. Please understand that space is very limited.

The $100 registration fee is refundable for two weeks to allow you to get vacation time approved, find animal sitters, look into flights, convince your friends to join us, etc. After that it is non-refundable.

You will request room type during your registration.

Room Assignments

Room requests will be assigned in the order registrations are received.

When room is assigned, the balance due in WeTravel will be adjusted to cost of the room requested. If you know who you want your roomie to be - PLEASE note that, or explain in the comments section. 

Room Deposit

A deposit of $600 will be due at time of room assignment. If deposit not received within one week of notice of assignment, the room will be released and possible offered to someone else. 

Refunds

Room Deposits are fully refundable until June 1, 2025. After that, they are non-refundable.

Prices in USD and subject to availability, blackout periods and change without notice.

Belize departure tax not included.

Guests are not refunded for tours not taken or inclement weather.

Souvenirs, bar bill, rental equipment, specialty adventures, dive instruction and atoll upgrades not included.

Additional tours may be purchased.

The resort will make up the futon in the room with a 'real' mattress, sheets, etc.
