Join me, Lara Mae, in Index, WA for  an all-inclusive empowerment and growth overnight retreat for culturally competent women who value diversity in all aspects of their lives. This retreat is centered on the three themes of my Tigerlily Lahi cornerstones: Malakas (strong), Malusog (healthy) and Maganda (beautiful). Moving through these themes, we’ll focus on Being Fiercely Knd in our life's journey.

Together, we will spend time over the weekend, at the Index Cabins https://www.indexcabins.com/  in Index, WA, immersed in yoga practice, sound healing, meditation, a variety of interpersonal workshops and journaling sessions. We’ll enjoy nutritious meals, optional activities, and take the time to truly soak up the beauty of the pacific northwest.

Embark on a journey to get present, release what’s no longer serving you, gain tools to maintain your alignment, and create room to expand in your life. Leave feeling rested and recharged with a renewed sense of clarity for how to all the things you desire to flow into your life.

I understand that life be lifin' so here is the Deposit/Cancel/Refund Policy.   

DEPOSITS are non-refundable.

If it is necessary to cancel a registration for our retreat, please provide as much advance notice as possible so that I can offer the available space to another retreatant.  

If a request for cancellation is received 90 or more days prior to the start date of a retreat, a 100% refund of what you've already paid towards the retreat minus your deposit  will be issued.

If a cancellation request is received between 89 and sixty (60) days days prior to the start of our retreat, a 75% refund of what you've already paid towards the retreat minus your deposit  will be issued.

If a cancellation request is received between 59 and thirty (30) days days prior to the start of our retreat, a 50% refund of what you've already paid towards the retreat minus your deposit  will be issued.

If a cancellation request is received between 29 and fourteen (14) days prior to the start of our retreat, a 25% refund of what you've already paid towards the retreat minus your deposit  will be issued.

If a cancellation request is received between thirteen (13) days or less prior to the start of our retreat, a 0% refund of what you've already paid towards the retreat minus your deposit  will be issued.
