About Love and All Is Coming – Embodied Practice: 300-hour Advanced Teacher Training:

The LAAIC 300-hour Embodied Practice Advanced Teacher Training is an invitation to delve into the heart, focus the mind, and embody the practice through sincere understanding.

Led in person by LAAIC founder Talia Sutra, this rigorous and comprehensive training integrates classical āsana, prāṇāyāma, mantra, chanting, meditation, Advaita Vedānta, and Yoga philosophy, as well as foundational scriptural study—all pillars of a life devoted to mokṣa: freedom from Self-ignorance.

LAAIC Trainings gather practitioners from around the world, exploring:

  • Yamas and Niyamas (ethical observances and restraints)
  • Viveka (discrimination between the temporary and eternal)

Important Notes

India, while rich in culture and spiritual depth, can present challenges for Western travelers. Please keep the following in mind:

  • We will be staying in a beautiful yet rustic natural setting.
  • Wildlife such as monkeys and cows may be present in the surroundings.
  • Weather is generally sunny and pleasant during the training period.
  • Electricity outages may occur in the mountains.
  • Wi-Fi may not always be reliable.
  • Hot showers are available but sometimes limited in duration (approximately 4 minutes).

Please arrive with an open mind and a spirit of adventure.

Health and Safety Guidelines

Traveling to India requires preparation. We recommend the following:

  • Consult your healthcare provider to ensure you are up to date with routine immunizations.
  • While vaccinations are not mandatory, they are strongly recommended.
  • A Yellow Fever vaccine is required for travelers coming from South America, and certain African countries.
  • Research your specific entry requirements ahead of time.
  • It is advisable to bring anti-malarial medication and anti-diarrheal remedies.
  • Pack a reliable insect repellent sufficient for the entire stay.
  • We strongly recommend a Geopress water filter or similar to ensure safe drinking water throughout the training.

Note on LAAIC Shuttles:

  • On arrival day, we offer two or three time slots (morning and midday, or morning, midday, and afternoon), with the latest shuttle departing from the airport to the venue at 3 p.m.

  • On departure day, we have one single shuttle leaving for the airport at 9 a.m. for everyone.

Any transportation needed outside of these scheduled times will not be covered by LAAIC. Please keep this in mind when booking your flights.
