About your trip

Discover the Lofoten Islands in Norway’s far north, where jagged peaks rise from turquoise fjords, and the Northern Lights paint the Arctic sky.

Wild North is an exclusive, 8-day immersive retreat designed to nourish your body, mind, and spirit. Each day blends mindful yoga, restorative practices, and meditation with curated adventures, cultural experiences, and connection to nature, all tailored for a small, like-minded group.

With 12–15 participants and exclusive use of the Lofoten Planet Boutique Hotel, you’ll enjoy a boutique home base surrounded by some of the world’s most extraordinary landscapes.

Here, you can slow down, breathe deeply, and attune to the rhythms of a wild, magical environment, while forming lasting connections with your retreat community.

The Wild North Immersion

Mornings begin with mindful yoga practice and a nourishing breakfast.

Days unfold with a balance of adventure and spaciousness—from mindful hikes through Lofotodden National Park to kayaking Reinefjorden, Nordic sauna experiences, and culinary experiences that celebrate local flavors and stories.

Evenings bring gentle practice, reflection, and shared meals.

Each day is an invitation to reconnect with nature, stillness, and your own inner rhythm.

Please note:

The actual schedule of experiences might change. This is because we adapt to ever-changing climate and weather conditions as well as depending on the group energy.

Weather in the Lofoten Islands can be unpredictable and rough, which means we can’t guarantee we will be able to do all the activities as conditions could be dangerous and our safety at risk. In that case there will be an alternative experience with equal value and attractiveness.
