Well organized by Alix in a beautiful setting in Sisters, Oregon.
The yoga was varied each day with a different focus.
The food was nourishing, especially the catered dinner meal.
It was fun to think about the change of seasons from summer to fall.

Excellent yoga retreat in the Cascade Mountain Area of Oregon. The 5 pines resort has lovely cabins and hotel rooms, hiking and biking paths, a fitness center, pool and Spa. Alix's gentle yoga is restorative and safe. She observes the clients and modifies for each as needed to get the most out of the positions.
The dining was also exceptional, so a completely perfect getaway.

This was the ultimate small group travel experience. We stayed at a boutique retreat center, experienced restorative yoga sessions, ate nourishing food, and enjoyed interesting excursions.

This was a fabulous yoga retreat with Alix. I enjoyed her energy and gentle practice. We know upfront that accommodations were spartan, and that was true! I would definitely join another retreat led by Alix. Hawaii is always my favorite travel venue.
