This 25 hour mentorship is for teachers ready to level up what they learned in their 200hr
What we will cover:
- Asana Practice: Get inspired through progressive movement practice with Casey & Christina
- Verbal Assists: Learn to see bodies clearly and use language that allows them to decipher action in their bodies
- Sequencing: How to create modifications and progressions to elevate your students practice
- Business of Yoga: Creating healthy boundaries and establishing your worth
- Social Media: With guest Speaker Chelsea Williams
- Class observation & Feedback
- 1:1 coaching/support

Transplanted to Lexington, KY from opposite coast, Christina and Casey both grew up with an affinity for movement. Though yoga entered their lives at different times, in has become an inherent part of their daily lives. The practice they offer whiled based in classical asana is informed and inspired by several different movement modalities. Thus creating a practice that is unique and accessible to every body!
