If you can sit down and get up from a chair, you can perform a squat.
The squat is a daily life movement. If you think you cannot perform squats, your coach will start training at the level you need to begin.
Expect up to four hours of total instruction and training time to learn the squat, variations, and accessory exercises. Competition standards are part of precision control and the possibility of participation in future powerlifting meets.
Free time for exercise recovery is in the latter part of the day. A Vegas Fitness Retreat would not be complete without an opportunity to enjoy your host destination. Our schedule permits personal outings to Las Vegas, Lake Mead National Park, and Hoover Dam. Guests may also relax in the residence or enjoy the scenic trail on our private property.
