Damo and his team are amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. I have to travel to surf and many places I go the guides start me off as a beginner and I spend a day in the white water before I can get back to where I left off on green waves. Victor took me right out to the line-up, pushed me into a couple waves to get started and then really spent time teaching me how to read waves and catch them on my own. For such a short trip it was really nice to be able to pick up where I left off. Ivo took awesome photos and was a great guide on the hike. Highly recommend this crew if you want to progress your skills.

Damo y su equipo no solo saben lo que hacen, lo disfrutan también y eso se trasmite. Al final del SurfCamp vas a mejorar tu nivel de surf habiendo pasado unos días espectaculares. Desde el ambiente del lugar, la ubicación (a metros de las olas y unas cuadras del centro) y los extras incluidos (yoga, respiración, paseo, video análisis) todo agrega a la experiencia. Muy recomendable.

I had a FANTASTIC time with Damo Surf Camp. I had 2 lessons, one with Damo on a longboard and the other with Lucas on a midlength. Both instructors were fantastic - they pushed me out of my comfort zone while also making sure I was safe and having fun. It was the best I’ve ever surfed on some sizeable waves. Between the surfing, all the tips I got during instruction, and the El Miro hike, I couldn’t have asked for a better time! I cannot wait to come back.
