What to Expect Each Day

Morning Ease into the day with a gentle yoga or Pilates flow in our light-filled studio. These sessions are designed to awaken the body and calm the mind, suitable for all levels.

Breakfast Enjoy a wholesome, satisfying breakfast—freshly prepared and served with warmth.

Mid-Morning Head out on a guided walk from the retreat centre into the breathtaking Brecon Beacons National Park. Expect wild beauty, fresh air, and moments of quiet awe.

Lunch & Free Time Return for a delicious lunch, then enjoy the afternoon at your own pace. You might choose to rest, take a sauna or book a treatment, with one of our skilled therapists.

Late Afternoon Before dinner, gather again for a gentle movement session yoga, Pilates, or breath-led stretching to help you unwind.

Evening Meal Share a satisfying, plant-based evening meal with your fellow guests. Meals are designed to nourish and delight, with seasonal ingredients and thoughtful presentation.

Evening Rituals As the sun sets, we gather at the Roundhouse nestled in the woods. Here, you’ll experience guided meditation, breathwork, or a sound bath held in candlelight and surrounded by nature. On clear nights, step outside to gaze at the stars under our dark skies.

Rest Retire to your room for a peaceful night’s sleep, held by the quiet of the countryside and the gentle rhythm of retreat life.
