Laura is an E-RYT teacher, four-time cover model, author and featured online teacher. She sought out yoga to help combat serious health problems due to stress. The healing, grounding benefits she received from yoga was so profound that she decided to change the course of her work life. Laura teaches methodically sequenced classes (book launch 2027). She is an advocate for safe alignment due to own experience with yoga injuries, + for 15 yrs has in taught multiple 200/300-Hr trainings + co-led a 200-hr training w/ Jason Crandell.
