Our 300hr Yoga Teacher Training is led by Lorraine and a wonderful team of expert guest teachers who can support you in developing the depth and breadth of your teaching. Our aim is to empower you to connect back to your own inner wisdom. A small and nurturing group dynamic allows us to hold space for you; to go at your own pace with individual support every step of the way.
