Absolutely fantastic trip, I cannot recommend Isthmian Adventures enough! My guide (Christian) was extremely knowledgeable and was able to tell stories in an educational and engaging way. I learnt a lot, both about the animals we saw and Panama as a country and culture, and I loved how the trip was tailored to my interests. The whole trip exceeded my (already quite high!) expectations, thank you for an awesome week!

We had such a wonderful day with Christian. He was a great guide and told us a lot about Panama, it's culture, it's flora and fauna, etc. He brought lovely food for lunch. We enjoyed it from the first minute on. We even had a swim in foot of a beautiful waterfall. Five star tour!!

This was a wonderful and thorough tour of the bird watching potential of the hills around Santa Fe, from the Pacific slope to the Cloud forests of the Caribbean side. Christian is an excellent t guide, engaging and aware of every thing that moves in the forest and elsewhere. We saw many species and Lear Ed so much about Panama, its birds and conservation issues. I recommend this tour unreservedly.

We had an amazing time with Christian and José. They were on time for pickup, spoke great English, enthusiastic, and showed us so many different animals on the night hike. We saw over 12 different animals including night birds and bats, crocodile, cayman, Olingo, wooly opossum, a basilisk (Jesus Christ lizard), howler monkeys (we even saw a pair mating!). The highlight was definitely seeing the Panamanian night monkeys hiding in a hollowed out tree! Well worth it
