Yoga changed your life and that’s why you followed your dream to become a certified yoga teacher. You share your passion with your students with the intention to touch and change their lives so that they can reach the benefits of the practice. Living Yogic Philosophy & The Art of Teaching is a unique opportunity to expand your knowledge and become an inspiring teacher who shares their passion for yoga beyond the asana practice. Sara and Lenka will dive with you into the topics of yogic philosophy and teach you how to apply these subjects in your classes in a way that is digestible for your students. 

You can expect to:

- review your knowledge of history of yoga and the earliest teachings 

- gain deeper understanding of the Yamas & Niyamas and their application in our modern lives

- learn about the power of using your voice through mantra practice

- find out what makes a great teacher and cultivate the right qualities in your teachings

- learn how to give effective and clear cues for your students to start notice the subtleties of asana

- get valuable feedback and become a confident yoga instructor

- dive into the topic of business of yoga and learn how to grow your brand, find clients, host workshops, and retreats

Cancellation policy.

The Guest may cancel their booking at any time, providing that the cancellation is made by the person submitting the booking form and is notified to the Organizer in writing. Cancellation will take effect the day such notification is received by the Organizer. The deposit (EUR 350) is non-refundable, even in the case of a cancellation. However, if another person can be found to take the Guest’s place, then the Organizer may offer the Guest a refund. If the Guest’s entrance into Czech Republic will be denied due to COVID 19 their deposit will be returned to

them. Bookings are for the stated period of the retreat. There are no refunds for an unused portion of the retreat.

SATI School of Yoga is an international institution founded by Sara Ticha.
