This yoga training was exactly what I wanted and much more than that. Sara Ticha and Lenka Minarik gave me the opportunity to finally get the whole picture of the yoga tradition and accompanied me so closely and lovingly. During the training, we immersed ourselves in the depths of yoga history and philosophy with Sara. To get really into the details is something I had always wished for. Above all, not only to get all the details and explanations, but also still in connection with our modern life today. I walk away from the training with Sara's teaching with a deep understanding and willingness to teach it further and filled with so much that helps me in my own spiritual life. The most special thing is the combination of Sara and Lenka. Together they have given me a holistic picture of the theory and practice of yoga. Lenka not only taught us the hard facts in the asana and anatomy part, but she gave us a deep understanding of the body. She explained to us what exactly happens in the body and what role the nervous system and brain play in movement. I especially enjoyed learning Sanskrit with Lenka because it brought me even closer to the ancient tradition. We spent the end of our training in India, which was the highlight of it all. It was such a wonderful time, which Sara and Lenka organized with incredible love. I can't think of better mentors than Sara and Lenka because they live what they teach and create space for true connection and transformation. This yoga training has not only made me a confident 300h yoga teacher, but has brought me closer to my true self.

The location and accommodation was amazing, and our teachers were devoted, and provided us their bests. We had tasty vegetarian food and 5 days packed with training programs. The practical training was very advanced, challenging and I learnt a lot in those aspects, however I was missing some more in-depth and better explanations on the theoretical side. I loved the photoshoots and the discussions on finding your voice and starting your teaching career.
