New to 2025 Harmonise Retreat - nestled within the serene surroundings of the Stables Wellbeing Centre in the westernmost part of Bannau Brycheiniog National Park, participants can expect a truly immersive experience designed to reconnect, balance, and ground. Each day brings a harmonious blend of movement and rest, featuring yoga, Pilates, guided nature walks, and reflective journaling sessions. Evenings are a time for gathering around the round house for storytelling, or up in the studio for a sound bath or breathwork. Grounding practices and daily meditation encourage deeper connections to the self and nature, while the rejuvenating infrared sauna offers a moment of tranquil warmth.
