Excellent stay at Flow yoga Chiang Mai, during which I was able to deepen yoga and meditation with Amori who accompanied me during these 7 days. The environment and accommodation are incredibly pleasant, and the meals prepared by Amori's sister-in-law are delicious. I was able to enjoy Amori's precious teachings, visits to temples and other privileged places. I recommend 100% and thank Amori and all his family for this unforgettable stay.

I had a great time during this 4 day Yoga/Meditation retreat. Amori, the teacher and host, speaks perfect English. She and her family are friendly and welcoming. Her sister in law cooks amazing vegetarian meals. The property is a lush garden. I was sleeping on the top floor of a Thai house, surrounded by nature in every direction. Very cozy and relaxing. She is very knowledgeable in both Yoga and Meditation, and was able to modify the format of each lesson, and introduce new techniques, depending on who was in the class, and what they wanted to work on. I particularly liked the visit to the local Buddhist temple: it put the practice of mindfulness and meditation in perspective with the religious and cultural parts. Overall my stay at Flow Yoga, and Amori's guidance, showed me how meditation and yoga can be used as practical tools to live a more balanced and effortless everyday life. I highly recommend this retreat to anyone interested in those practices!

I recently did the 7-day meditation retreat and it was an amazing experience. I highly recommend it! Amori is a knowledgeable and patient teacher; her meditations were thoughtful, insightful and 100% catered to my needs. She is a great yoga teacher and pushed me where I needed it ("Lisa you are strong, but not so flexible") - correct! The accommodation was wonderful and absolutely everything I needed was supplied. The food was delicious and exquisitely presented. I plan to go back again one day!! Thankyou it was really special (not easy, but worth it). I learnt a lot.

This 3 day mindfulness, meditation and yoga retreat was truly a delight! It were my very first steps into yoga and meditation and I couldn’t have wished for a better teacher than Amori. From the very first moment on, I felt that she understood me and my level and she really went out of her way to give me a great start in this journey. Moreover, the place is an absolute eden; incredible room, such a peaceful garden/mini jungle and the food was excellent. For everyone that is new into yoga and meditation: I can absolutely recommend this experience!

The host, Amori, is an exceptional yoga teacher and meditation coach. She guided me through various meditation techniques, including walking and sitting meditation, while sharing the deep meaning and philosophy behind each practice. The yoga sessions were transformative; I broke my personal records and felt invigorated practicing both in the morning and afternoon.
