I had a great time during this 4 day Yoga/Meditation retreat. Amori, the teacher and host, speaks perfect English. She and her family are friendly and welcoming. Her sister in law cooks amazing vegetarian meals.
The property is a lush garden. I was sleeping on the top floor of a Thai house, surrounded by nature in every direction. Very cozy and relaxing.
She is very knowledgeable in both Yoga and Meditation, and was able to modify the format of each lesson, and introduce new techniques, depending on who was in the class, and what they wanted to work on.
I particularly liked the visit to the local Buddhist temple: it put the practice of mindfulness and meditation in perspective with the religious and cultural parts.
Overall my stay at Flow Yoga, and Amori's guidance, showed me how meditation and yoga can be used as practical tools to live a more balanced and effortless everyday life.
I highly recommend this retreat to anyone interested in those practices!
