Spend four focused, relaxing weeks learning Spanish in Nosara, Costa Rica. Designed for adults at every level, this program combines practical communication with the relaxed rhythm of Playa Guiones in the Nicoya Peninsula Blue Zone. You’ll learn in a supportive small-group setting and use Spanish in real situations from the moment you arrive.

WHAT 20 HOURS MEANS

20h/week · 80 total hours · schedule 8:00–11:40 / 1:00–4:40. We place you by level using a placement test and a short oral assessment on the first Monday, so your lessons are relevant and comfortable. The schedule leaves plenty of time for surfing, yoga, remote work, or exploring Nosara. Please note that we cannot guarantee specific time slots for group classes, but we’ll do our best to match your preference.

During booking, choose between a welcoming homestay with a local family or a private room at the NSI Student Residence. Both offer a comfortable home base to supplement classes; accommodation is subject to availability.

Across four weeks, settle into Nosara’s beaches, wellness, wildlife and local life at your own pace. Add a surf or yoga experience to your reservation, or enjoy time to practice Spanish around town.
