Recover from burnout and reclaim your vitality with a transformative 5-day all-inclusive retreat beneath sacred Mt. Shasta, led by transformational coach Heather Moyer. This intimate experience (maximum 6 guests) combines therapeutic yoga, breathwork, mindfulness practices, nutrition for adrenal recovery, and holistic healing specifically designed for exhausted professionals, caregivers, and overwhelmed high-achievers ready to stop running on empty.
Includes comfy accommodations, home-prepared meals crafted for nervous system restoration, daily movement and meditation sessions, guided nature excursions to Mt. Shasta's powerful healing vortexes, and supportive community of fellow recovering overachievers. Whether facing full burnout or recognizing early warning signs, leave feeling restored, grounded, with clarity about sustainable life changes and practical tools for preventing future depletion.
When Achievement Becomes Exhaustion
"You've been running on empty for so long you've forgotten what "full" feels like. The passion that once fueled your work has turned into obligation. Rest doesn't seem to restore you anymore. You're irritable, disconnected, and going through the motions while feeling increasingly hollow inside. Whether you're a professional burning out from career demands, a caregiver depleted from constant giving, or an entrepreneur who can't remember the last time you truly rested, burnout doesn't discriminate.
This 5-day retreat at the base of sacred Mt. Shasta offers what a depleted body and mind need most: permission to stop, practical tools to help you calm your nervous system, nourishing meals, and supportive guidance as you work toward more sustainable habits."
Why a Retreat for Burnout
"Burnout is more than tiredness. It can touch your body, your mind, and your emotions, so this retreat works with all three. Through restorative yoga, breathwork, mindfulness practices that help quiet an overactive mind, and time in Mt. Shasta's landscape, you'll give yourself room to slow down and reset. Led by transformational coach Heather Moyer, who rebuilt her own life after crisis, this retreat offers a supportive place to rest and start again."
Your Recovery Journey
"Through daily restorative yoga and movement, breathwork, mindfulness practice, and guided nature immersions around Mt. Shasta, you'll get real space to rest and begin to rebuild. You'll have time to reflect on what led you to depletion, explore healthier boundaries, and leave with practical ideas for keeping your progress going when you get home."
All-Inclusive Restoration
"Everything is handled so you can focus on rest: comfortable accommodations, three meals a day, all yoga and mindfulness sessions, and guided excursions around Mt. Shasta. No planning, no cooking, no decisions beyond showing up for yourself."
Nervous System-Focused Healing Protocol: Every element - from specific yoga sequences to breathwork patterns to meal timing - is designed to shift your dysregulated nervous system out of chronic stress activation and into restorative mode, addressing the physiological root of burnout rather than just providing temporary relaxation that fades when you return home.
Sacred Mt. Shasta Energy Amplifies Recovery: Heal beneath one of Earth's most powerful spiritual vortexes with guided excursions to natural springs, energy sites, and mountain locations specifically chosen for releasing exhaustion and activating renewal - the land's transformative energy accelerates healing in ways conventional burnout recovery programs cannot replicate.
Nutrition for Adrenal Recovery: Fresh, wholesome meals support you through the week, so you can focus on rest. Breakfasts and lunches are home-cooked and dinners are out at select local restaurants, with plenty of fresh fruit, vegetables, and protein to keep your energy steady. Please share any dietary needs before you arrive, and I'll do my best to plan around them.
Small Group of Fellow Overachievers (Maximum 6): Share your burnout journey with other high-performers who understand the achievement-oriented mindset that drives depletion - no judgment about "not being able to handle stress," just a compassionate community of people who get why you pushed so hard and now need to learn a different way.
Life Reset Planning, Not Just Rest: Beyond recovery, work with Heather on creating sustainable life changes - boundary setting, energy management, values alignment, and realistic plans for preventing future burnout - so this retreat becomes a turning point rather than just a temporary break before returning to the same patterns.
