The retreat weekend will be a place where your grief can safely be seen and witnessed, wherever you are in the process.
Since grief can be painful, lonely, and confusing, you will be joining an immediate village of other people who are going through the same experience.
Together we will achieve some healing through this weekend and you will leave with a tribe of fellow travelers on this incredibly difficult journey.

Set at the foot of majestic Mount Shasta, this retreat unfolds in one of the most sacred and energetically potent landscapes in North America. Known for its ancient volcanic power and revered by many spiritual traditions as a global energy vortex, Mount Shasta holds a rare stillness that can’t be manufactured—only experienced.
Here, the air feels cleaner, the light brighter, the silence deeper. Towering evergreens surround you like guardians. Snow-capped peaks rise above rolling alpine meadows. Natural springs flow with pristine glacial water said to hold centuries of Earth’s healing memory. At sunrise, the mountain glows in soft rose and gold—a daily reminder of renewal. At night, the sky is so clear it feels like the stars are close enough to touch.
This is a place where the veil feels thinner, intuition strengthens, and the heart softens. People often describe Mount Shasta as a sanctuary for the soul—a landscape that gently holds you while encouraging profound release, clarity, and rebirth. For those carrying guilt, despair, or long-held grief, the mountain becomes an ally: grounding, cleansing, and spacious.
Our private retreat location is intentionally chosen for its serenity and seclusion. Surrounded by ancient forest and expansive views, it offers the ideal environment to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that pain has obscured. Whether you’re journaling among whispering pines, healing beside crystal-clear waters, or simply sitting in the silence of the sacred mountain, every moment here invites restoration.
Mount Shasta is more than a destination—it's a transformational presence. It holds you, reflects you, and reminds you of what’s possible when your spirit has room to rise again.
