You already know something's off. You're tired, wired, stuck in the same loops, and sick of the sh*t that's making you miserable. This retreat is where you stop coping and start digging.
We'll get to the bottom of what's really driving you, without the polite version. You'll learn to see your patterns clearly, and then do something about them.
Restorative yoga helps your body let go of what it's been gripping for years, the tension you've been carrying so long you've stopped noticing it. Meditation and stillness practices quiet the noise in your head so you can finally hear your own intuition again. And you'll learn practical tools to pull your nervous system out of fight or flight, so you can calm down on demand and not just when life lets you.
No fluff, no pretending, no performing. Just honest work, real tools, and a body and mind that finally get to exhale.
You'll leave lighter, clearer, and equipped to handle the sh*t life throws at you."
It takes courage to change. The areas where you feel numb, flat, or stuck are usually where the most work needs to happen. It's not easy, and it can get uncomfortable. That's the point.
This retreat is for you if you're stuck in your fitness, your emotional well-being, or you honestly can't say what's keeping you stuck. Together, we'll go deep to uncover the sh*t that's making you miserable.
We'll shine a flashlight into the places you keep hidden and work toward reconciling with them, accepting what is, and moving forward. If you're willing to do the heavy lifting and step out of your comfort zone, come join me, meet your tribe, and let's take the steps together.

Each day of the Fix Your Shit Retreat is thoughtfully curated to blend real, honest work with restorative spaciousness. Mornings begin slowly and intentionally, with a comforting cup of your favorite beverage, gentle grounding practices, and quiet moments to take in the energy of Mount Shasta. After breakfast, you'll move into transformational group sessions and workshops designed to unravel guilt, release emotional heaviness, and reconnect you to your inner wisdom. These sessions are balanced with daily guided somatic work, journaling prompts, and breathwork, along with restorative yoga and mindfulness practices, to help your body integrate what you uncover.
Afternoons unfold at a softer pace, with outdoor excursions across Mount Shasta's landscapes. You may find yourself walking among the pines, reflecting on what's coming up. Evenings are for gentle circles, restorative practices, and time to settle into ease. Each day builds on the last, moving you from release toward clarity. By the end of the retreat, you'll leave with real tools, honest insight, and a lighter load.
Nourishment at this retreat is simple and shared. Breakfasts and lunches are home-cooked and served together at our retreat home, and dinners are out at select local restaurants, so the group gets the comfort of eating in and the pleasure of exploring our town.
Mornings begin with a relaxed breakfast of yogurt, fruit, granola, eggs, avocado, and bagels with cream cheese, with bacon or sausage on the side. Lunches are a colorful charcuterie board with a veggie tray, hummus, and fresh fruit, made for lingering at the table. Water, tea, and coffee are available throughout the day, and afternoons include a drink downtown to unwind together. Evenings close with dinner out at a local restaurant. Dinners and afternoon drinks downtown are included in your retreat.
Please share any dietary needs before you arrive, and I'll do my best to plan around them.
The food here does more than nourish you. It helps bring you home to your body.
