Join me for 5 days of Meditation, Yoga,, Food, Hiking, and Fun here in my new home, Dallas, Texas.
This retreat is for students who have spent time with me before. This time will be all about DOING our practice, and BEING together. In Community, In Love!
We will start with our morning Sadhana from 8:30-10am. During the sadhana we will do mantra, pranayama, kriya, and meditation. We will probably be doing whatever sadhana we are working on. It will be similar to the time we spend in the mornings during my teacher training.
After the sadhana we will do our daily yoga asana class together! I will teach a juicy and fun flow where we will get into some things!!!
After yoga we will eat lunch and go on an excursion. I am wanting to go to the Ross Perot Museum, walk along the Trinity River, explore some cool neighborhoods to shop and eat specifically the Bishop Arts Area, walk around White Rock Lake, go to my favorite outdoor coffee shop by the lake, and maybe even a mall excurion if people are down....
In the evening we will have dinner together at a restaurant, and then cook and chill at my place a few nights. I will make sure vegan options are available.
And after dinner we will close with a meditation practice at my place.
We will start Wednesday the 15th at 5:30pm, and we will finish around noon on Sunday the 19th. If you need to arrive later or leave earlier its totally fine.
I am pricing this retreat inexpensively because you are responsible to find a place to stay. There are hotels and airbnbs from around $50/night on the low end, and then some very decent options around $100/night. So please factor that in. Also, we will coordinate rental cars once I have everyone signed up, and that cost will be split amongst the group.
This will be a fun time for us to be together in an amazing mix of yoga community. It will be an adventure into the present moment TOGETHER! If you have any questions please email me at wearejared@gmail.com!
