This 50hrs yin yoga training is an interactive, live video-based, life-transforming course, that expands your horizon beyond the 200/300/500hr teacher training curriculum, diving deep into the topics of Yin Yoga and Chinese Meridians.
This course fully prepares you from the physical foundation of yin yoga all the way to creating impactful classes that promote the physical and emotional health of your future students.
Whether you're a certified yoga teacher or passionate practitioner, this training is designed to give you a deeper understanding of the human physical and energetic bodies and emotions.

The course will take place throughout 2 intense weeks, focused on the weekends, to make it accessible for those who work full time:
Mon-Thu – morning and evening yoga class
Fridays - afternoon/evening
Saturdays - all day
Sundays - all day

Assessment And Certification
Students are continuously assessed throughout the course at all levels. There will be a practical as well as written examination at the end of the course to evaluate the understanding and skills of the students.
On successful completion of the course, you are qualified to register with Yoga Alliance 50hrs of yin yoga teacher Continued Education training in case you have previously completed your 200hrs Yoga Teacher Training with a Yoga Alliance Accredited provider. In case you haven’t completed a 200hrs Yoga Teacher Training yet, you will receive a Certificate of Completion, which you can use in the future as Continued Education hours, if you decide to enter a 200hrs training.
Assessment is based on:
1. Regular attendance of classes
2. Attitude and behaviour while attending the course
4. Teaching skills
5. Written assignments
