Nikki Novoselsky is a world-traveling brain-hacking coach, clairvoyant pranic energy healer, and yoga teacher who blends science, spirituality, and energy healing to empower deep self-discovery. With over five years of experience teaching yoga and mindfulness across six countries, Nikki has helped countless individuals break free from limiting patterns, reconnect with their authentic selves, and create lives of fulfillment and purpose.


Her dynamic approach integrates movement, energy healing, and mindset shifts, making each session profoundly transformative and uniquely personal.


During the retreat, Nikki will lead a series of transformative sessions incorporating yoga, energy clearing, and guided self-reflection. You’ll experience rejuvenating yoga practices, including Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Slow Flow, while also tapping into the healing power of Nikki’s signature pranic energy techniques. Through her brain-hacking tools and compassionate guidance, you’ll gain clarity, release emotional blocks, and reconnect with your inner strength.

Designed by Tswana chef and author of Taste of Botswana Ednah Rosen, our chef prepares delicious, bountiful and nutritious local dishes, from healthy, gluten-free salads, veggie samosas, meat options and revitalising juices made with our garden's seasonal fruits.

Arrival

Arrive at Victoria Falls Airport, Zimbabwe, and start your retreat with a visit of Victoria Falls town on e-bikes, followed by a peaceful evening in the town of Victoria Falls.

Flow on the Zambezi

Start your day early with a sunrise yoga session on a boat gliding on the Zambezi river. After some relaxing free time, head to the Lookout Cafe for lunch and visit the majestic Victoria Falls before heading back to your hotel for a delicious dinner.


Victoria Falls, known locally as Mosi-oa-Tunya or "The Smoke That Thunders," is one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. Straddling the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe, it is the largest waterfall in the world based on combined width and height, creating a stunning and awe-inspiring spectacle.

Welcome to Botswana

After a nourishing continental breakfast, we'll head into Botswana and make a quick stop in Kasane for lunch. Then, enjoy an exciting boat cruise on Chobe's river front before settling down at Munga Plains for the night.


Chobe National Park boasts the world’s largest concentration of elephants, often seen in herds along the Chobe River. The park is also home to lions, leopards, buffaloes, and a variety of antelope species. Birdwatchers can delight in over 450 species of birds, making it a paradise for ornithologists.

Day 4

Step into the bush

Your first full day at Munga Plains starts gently with morning coffee followed by a yoga session.


After lunch, head to the bush for a nature walk and learn about local plants and animals tracks. Back at the camp, go deeper into your wellness practice with an evening workshop.

Honor local traditions

After the daily practice, take a guided village tour with the Basubiya people, followed by traditional dances and boma dinner around the fire pit.

Roam the wild

We will start the day with a rejuvenating practice and in the afternoon we'll embark on a thrilling safari adventure in Chobe National Park. Encounter diverse wildlife, from majestic lions and stealthy leopards to powerful buffalos and graceful giraffes.

Ride with horizon

Another day focused on the practice of yoga, breathwork and meditation.

After lunch, hop on a horse to ride through the savannah and spot zebras, Botswana's national animal, and other wildlife. If horse riding isn't your thing something else will be provided.

The last day at Munga Plains is dedicated to being grateful for the land and its people. Visit the local school in the afternoon, make meaningful connections and create lasting memories.
