Touch down in Cusco and settle into the magic of Munay Sonqo. After check-in and a welcome orientation, enjoy lunch and free time to explore the retreat center.Your first evening begins with a traditional Andean Despacho ceremony, a sacred prayer ritual offering gratitude to Pachamama, followed by dinner and a bonfire to connect with your fellow travelers under the Peruvian sky.

Day 1

Start your morning with energy healing yoga led by Nikki, followed by breakfast. Spend the late morning journaling, walking to the waterfall, or booking an optional massage.After lunch, lace up your shoes for a hike to Sirenachayoq. Return to a group spa session before dinner and an evening sharing circle.

Day 2

Morning yoga sets the tone before we head out for a half-day excursion to the breathtaking Maras salt flats, where you'll share a traditional Pachamanca feast slow-cooked in the earth with a local community. Afternoon is yours to rest and reflect before we gather for a heart-opening cacao ceremony. Optional yin yoga closes the evening.

Day 3

After morning yoga and breakfast, we visit Sach'a Munay, which is a local NGO where you can get your hands in the earth through permaculture gardens or connect with community school projects. Back at the center, optional energy healing sessions are available before we gather for an Andean sound healing ceremony using ancient instruments. The evening closes with a bonfire meditation under the stars.

Roots, Resonance and Giving Back

Day 4

An early departure takes you on one of the most iconic journeys in the world: the scenic train ride from Ollantaytambo through breathtaking Andean landscapes to Aguas Calientes. With a spiritual guide, explore the majestic and mystical ruins of Machu Picchu. Stay overnight and soak it all in before returning to Munay Sonqo the following day. The afternoon back is yours to rest, with a spa session, dinner, optional yin yoga and stargazing to restore you.

Day 5 & 6

A gentle Yin Yang yoga session eases you into your final morning. After breakfast, we gather for a gratitude meditation and closing sharing circle, a sacred space to honor what you've experienced, what you're releasing, and what you're taking home. Check out by noon, carrying with you a clarity that will last long after the journey ends.

7 Days in Peru - Wild & Rooted: A Clarity Expedition

Your home for the week is a beautifully appointed room nestled in the heart of Munay Sonqo Mesa, set against open views of the Sacred Valley and the majestic mountain spirit Apu Pitusiray. Shared rooms are cozy and comfortable with private bathrooms, lounge spaces, and a warm, grounded energy that makes it easy to settle in and feel at home. Wake up each morning surrounded by nature, knowing everything you need for the week is right outside your door. You will be matched with a fellow retreat participant.

For those who want a little more space to decompress and go deep, the private room option gives you your own sanctuary within the retreat. Housed in one of Munay Sonqo Mesa's beautifully designed bungalows, private rooms feature queen beds, private bathrooms, balconies with sweeping mountain views, fireplaces, and lounge areas. After a full day of ceremony, movement and adventure, having your own space to journal, rest and integrate is a gift to yourself. If your soul is craving both deep connection AND deep solitude, this is your option.

Private Room

You don't have to be getting married to have a honeymoon.The Maldives has a reputation of overwater villas, champagne, couples who just toasted to being together forever. But there's a whole other version of this place, and it doesn't require a wedding first. This is the glorious, gorgeous week in the honeymoon spot. It just turns into a love affair with yourself instead. :) Eight days and seven nights island hopping on a private boat, ten of us, four atolls, and a route that changes with the weather.It's for the person who is deep in their own spiritual work and also, honestly, wants an adventure. The kind that awakens something deep within you. The kind that becomes a core memory, one you'll be telling people about in ten years, woven into who you're becoming.We practice yoga on the deck before the heat arrives. We drop anchor and swim off the back of the boat. We snorkel with manta rays at Fesdhoo and nurse sharks at Dhigiri, and watch for whale sharks crossing into Ari Atoll. We walk local islands most travelers never set foot on. We eat what the crew pulls out of the water that afternoon. We sit on deck in the evenings and watch the most gorgeous sunsets that light the whole sky pink. What makes this trip different is the access. A private charter goes where the ferries and day tours can't. To sandbanks with barely any footprints on them, house reefs with nobody in the water, islands you'd need a boat and a captain and a free week to reach on your own. Almost nobody has all three at once.That access isn't a luxury add-on. It's the entire point, because you cannot actually unwind somewhere crowded.If your nervous system has been running rampant for years and you want a full reset, plus enough adventure to make you feel alive again, this is for you. Seven nights is long enough for your body to believe it. By about day four, something shifts. You stop reaching for your phone. You sleep differently.You'll come home rested in a way that outlasts the tan. Clearer about what you want. Day 1 — Arrival &amp; First SwimFly into Velana International Airport in Malé, arriving before 12pm. Our team meets you and transfers you to the boat. After a welcome briefing and lunch, we depart and drop anchor for a snorkel at Kandooma. Evening: opening circle on deck as the sun goes down.Day 2 — South Malé AtollSunrise yoga on the top deck. We snorkel Embudhu reef, then go ashore at Gulhi, a local island where people actually live and nobody is selling you anything. Afternoon to swim, read or do nothing. Restorative practice before dinner.Day 3 — GuraidhooMorning practice, then a long snorkel at the Guraidhoo house reef and time on the island itself. Optional water sports (standup paddle boarding + more) for anyone who wants to move. Evening yoga nidra on deck.

Day 4 — Vaavu Atoll &amp; the SandbankWe move to Vaavu Atoll and visit Dhigiri, known for nurse shark sightings. Then a sandbank excursion where stingrays are often seen, with time to swim and walk a strip of sand with no one else on it. If conditions allow, we visit a local island. Day 5 — Manta Rays &amp; the WreckSunrise practice. We visit Fesdhoo, a spot known for frequent manta ray sightings. Conditions permitting, we snorkel a shipwreck site. A slower afternoon on the water.Day 6 — Sandbanks &amp; Local IslandsAnother sandbank, then two local islands, Dhangethi and Omadhoo. Both have beautiful beaches and house reefs to snorkel. Afternoon fishing with the crew if you want it as whatever you catch is dinner.

Day 7 — Ari Atoll &amp; Sunset BBQWe continue into Ari Atoll, where whale sharks are sometimes seen along the way. We arrive at Dhigurah, known for one of the longest beaches in the Maldives. Sunset BBQ on the beach and a closing circle together.Day 8 — DepartureMorning practice and breakfast as we come back into Malé. Check out is at 12pm. If your flight is later, you're welcome to stay on board and relax until your transfer.

Saltwater Season: An Uncharted Voyage Island Hopping in the Maldives

Share an air-conditioned twin cabin with one other guest, with ensuite bathroom and shower. Cabins are matched same-gender unless you're booking with someone and request otherwise.Everything else is identical to the private cabin. Same meals, same practices, same excursions, same boat.This is how most solo travelers book, and it's a wonderful way to connect and meet other people. You come alone, but you don't spend the week alone.
