Take time to replenish your soul. Join us for an unhurried day retreat—a spacious rhythm of rest, prayer, and renewal.
You’ll be invited into a simple structure with room to breathe, including guided contemplative practices led by Joy Pine Thomas and Jen Kloss. There will also be time for silence and personal reflection, along with an optional 30-minute one-on-one session with a spiritual director—a quiet space for listening, prayer, and discernment.
This retreat will focus on a foundational practice of the Immanuel Approach developed by Dr. Karl Lehman and Dr. Jim Wilder: interactive gratitude. This practice invites us to notice moments of goodness, let gratitude awaken our hearts, and pause to listen for God’s personal response. It nurtures a deeper, two-way relationship with God, cultivating joy, peace, and a grounded awareness of His loving presence.
Whether you are weary, searching, celebrating, or simply longing for more of God, this day offers space to encounter Him, reconnect with your true self, and cultivate an embodied faith you can carry into everyday life.
This event is from 9am-4pm, and includes lunch.
