Join Lila Heller for a long weekend of Pilates, meditation, and yoga at the beautiful Sagrada Ranch in San Luis Obispo, CA. This retreat takes place during a pause between the fall and winter and is limited to 13 students, making it very intimate in size and allowing for plenty of one on one time. 


About Lila 


Lila believes that when we feel good in our bodies, we are inspired to do good in the world. Her goal is to help people move better, breathe better, and feel better to live a life they love. Lila has been teaching private and group Pilates since 2004. She infuses yoga asana and meditation throughout her classes, having most recently completed a 200 hour Para-Yoga teacher training. She is a certified personal trainer and is completing Z-Health certifications.


About Sagrada Ranch


Located in the San Luis Obispo mountains, Sagrada is a breathtakingly beautiful and nurturing retreat environment. Sagrada’s cuisine is colorful, local, and deliciously vegetarian, and almost 90% vegan. The center's philosophy is one of moderation - feel free to enjoy a strong cup of coffee in the morning and some robust local Paso Robles wine with dinner! Their all-inclusive retreats are ideal for deepening your connection to yourself and your movement practice.

Space is limited - register soon! Communal accommodations are $819 per person and single rooms are $989 (or, with a shared bed, $789 per person).

About your organizer

Lila Heller is a neuro-movement coach and founder of the Love of Movement Method. She has been teaching Pilates since 2004 and leading transformational retreats around the world since 2010. Lila blends Pilates, applied neurology, breathwork, and functional movement to help people move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with their bodies. Her work is rooted in the belief that when we feel good in our bodies, we are inspired to do good in the world.
