PYC Teaching Academy Director) and Izzy Santos (PYC SUP Yoga Teaching

Academy, Surfer, Paddle Canada Coach and International Retreat Facilitator), as

they take you on a week-long liberating experience in Paradise!

Find your flow in practice, surf fun waves and enjoy nurturing meals as you

connect to yourself and like hearted people.

7:30 AM - Morning Meditation, Yoga & Inquiry*

9AM - Breakfast

10AM - 4PM Personal Time (Surfing, Adventure, Lunch)

5:30PM - Sunset Party

6:30PM - Dinner

8PM - Evening Yoga, BonFire, Free time


*Those participating in the 25hr Continuing Education Module will be provided with inquirysessions and discussions throughout the week.
