FLIGHT TO GALAPAGOS (SAN CRISTOBAL AIRPORT)

Today is your depart to the Galapagos Islands, you will fly to Puerto Baquerizo Moreno (San Cristobal Island), it will take 1 hour and half approx. Then, one of our representatives will meet you at the Airport to take you to the hotel for check in. (Flight not included in cost)
After you will have chance to have something to eat in town near by the hotel.
In the afternoon the tour Guide will meet you at the lobby to take you visit the most beautiful hill near by town well known as Tijeretas Hill (nickname given by the frigatte birds shape as scissors).
You will hike up to the hill, then you will stop by the self guided Interpretation Center to know more about the Capital of the Galapagos.
Then, you will do snorkel at Darwins Bay, and finally return back to the hotel for overnight.

KICKER ROCK YACHT TOUR

Today includes some of the best snorkeling in Galapagos, a day trip to Kicker Rock!
After breakfast, a comfortable speed boat navigates along the coast of San Cristobal, boasting views of the birds and landscape from a different angle. At the rock formation, we’ll snorkel through the channel in search of a variety of sharks, fish, turtles, rays, sea lions, and more!

Enjoy a box lunch on the boat afterward, and some quiet beach time to relax before returning to town.

Santa Cruz Island
Today you will take a speed boat towards Puerto Ayora, Santa Cruz Island (it will take 2 hours approx.) Then, you will get to the hotel for check in.

You will have some time to enjoy the town and have a quick lunch before the next activity. Later in the afternoon you will go to visit a Tortoise Ranch in the highlands of Santa Cruz, where you will see a very big land wild tortoises in natural state.
Finally, you will return back to town for overnight.

Tonight Advise: Don't miss eating at the QUIOSKOS street a very fresh lobster and many different tipe of sea food caught in the morning.
Also go at night to the Pier, where you can see babbie sharks, rays and many other animals very close.

Isabela Island

On this day you will take a speed boat towards to Isabela Island, upon your arrival check in to the hotel some resting time (if not you can rent a bike for usd 10 a visit the Galapagos Breeding Center or the wetlands).

Then, we will take to you to another fantastic tour well known as TINTORERAS ISLET.
At this tour, you will visit a next door islet full of babbie marine iguanas, sea gulls, sea lions, blue footted bobbies, frigatte birds and some Galapagos Penguins. Also, depending of the sea tide you will be able to see the TINTORERAS or The White Tip Reef Shark, who rest during day time at the Islet canals.

Then, you will go for a magic snorkel at La Calera area, where you will swim together with marine iguanas, sea turttles, sea lions and a great number of colorful fish.
Finally, you will return back to hotel.

Sierra Negra Volcano Hike

Today is an early bus ride for 30 minutes towards Volcan Sierra Negra, and hike up to the Volcano Caldera. Along the way you can observe some plants and birds endemic from the Galapagos Islands and off course if the wheather allows you will have a great Volcano View. This volcano erupted on July 2018, so you will see the reminds of the last eruption.

Once, we return back to the Park control and then back to town for packing and speed boat back to Santa Cruz.

Bartolome Island Yacht Tour
This tour will start early from town, then a bus ride towards Itabaca Canal where you will board the yatch for the excursion.

Bartolome’s surface is covered with volcanic ash, which is suposed to be blown over from Santa Cruz Island. The island consists of an extinct volcano and volcanic formations in a variety of red, orange, green, and glistening black.

Bartolome's Pinnacle Rock has become one of the most photographed sights in the islands. As a prominent landmark it was used as a target for US military during World War II (you can still see the bullet holes). Galapagos Penguins are living behind the rock. A small submerged crater can be seen just offshore. To the east you can see a series of small spatter cones. Lying beside the Pinnacle Rock are twin half moon shaped beaches. On the northern one (wet landing) you are allowed to swim and snorkel. Don’t miss that!

This program includes sightseeing, hike, snorkel, snorkel equiptment, lunch on board and much more.

Finally, you will be taken back to Puerto Ayora for your last night at the Galapagos.

Free morning, 10:00 am check out and transportation to Baltra's Airport to take a flight to Guayaquil or Quito late in the afternoon (flight not included in cost).
Unfortunately, we have to say good bye after we arrive in Guayaquil or Quito and we invite you to see one of our other tours in Ecuador Mainland.

However, if you desire to add one more night in Guayaquil or Quito City, or extend your staying in Ecuador, we can always help you out with free advise to make sure you optimize the time and continue exploring this paradise called Ecuador.

I had an amazing time ! My guide Alejandro is so wonderful : he is very knowledgeable and helpful , and did make a lot of effort to accommodate my many impulsive / sudden change of itinerary so to personalize my needs and maximize my travel experience ! Alejandro was amazing! We would definitely travel with him again. He met us at the airport. Every detail, he was on top of. Columbia changed things at the last minute, but he never let on he was stressed. We had a fabulous tour to Columbia. Very safe and informative. He taylor made the trip to our activity ability. Everything was great. We travel during Christmas and New Year’s which added some challenges. But he was right on top of the changes. We had Nick do our tour of Bogotá. He was fun and interesting. He was great also. Dario helped us when we got to the Galapagos. He did a very good job of bringing us around and explaining the islands. We upgraded our hotels. All our accomadations were very good. Any confusion or complication was easily fixed by Alejandro. We even left some jewelry on an island in the Galapagos and then next ferry over the jewelry was returned to us thanks to Alejandro and his team.

My wife and I recently completed a 7 day road trip with Guidecuador and we were lucky enough to have Alejandro as our personal guide. Alex is very knowledgeable about all things Ecuador and he was full of stories, history, culture, geology and advice. We could not have asked for a more knowledgeable guide or more safe, comfortable vehicle.
