Welcome drink
Your experience begins with a glass of hibiscus and cinnamon tea — a gently fragrant, naturally refreshing infusion.

Starter
Courgette, lemon & thyme soup — light, herbaceous and lifted with citrus, inspired by garden flavours and the surrounding landscape.
Served with freshly baked rosemary focaccia, using herbs picked from the garden.

Main course
A nourishing, flavour-led selection designed to be shared:

• Sweet potato and red lentil dahl — warmly spiced and comforting

• “Marry Me” mushrooms and beans — slow-cooked, rich and savoury

• Seasonal grain to complement both dishes

• Fresh green salad

Dessert
Creamy lemon mousse — light, citrus-bright and refreshing.

A glass of wine, beer or cool drink is included with lunch, with additional wine and beer available to purchase.

Water, coffee and teas are also included

Figs on the Funcho iS near S.B. Messines, 15 minutes from Silves and 30 minutes north of Albufeira.  Follow the Google map directions
