On all our Culinary Adventures, we settle in one location for an entire week. We unpack our luggage and make ourselves at home. From there, we embark on day excursions to explore the area, returning in the late afternoon to enjoy our home amenities along with a local apero.

We hire our venues exclusively, just for us. All venues are spacious and luxurious, providing ample room to gather as well as quiet spaces to relax.

Each venue is carefully selected to reflect the authenticity of its region.

Tucked away in the peaceful countryside of the Algarve, our traditional Portuguese Quinta becomes our home for the week—a place designed for slowing down, settling in, and embracing the relaxed rhythm of southern Portugal.

Beautifully decorated with traditional azulejos, warm Portuguese details, and inviting spaces throughout, the Quinta feels wonderfully authentic and full of character. Surrounded by lush gardens and sun-filled terraces, each bedroom offers an ensuite bathroom and private balcony, while the swimming pool, hot tub, and yoga studio provide plenty of space to unwind.

The Quinta is also fully staffed throughout our stay, with a wonderful team taking care of us and making the house truly feel like home. Mornings begin slowly over coffee, afternoons might end with a dip in the pool, and evenings bring everyone together around the table.

More than simply a beautiful place to stay, our Quinta is part of the experience—a little corner of Portugal we get to call home for the week.

Discover Portugal Through Its Colors & Flavors

Our days are designed to reveal the many faces of Portugal, blending food, wine, culture, nature, and a little adventure along the way. We begin in Lisbon, discovering its history and culinary traditions through its lively streets before making our way south to the Algarve. There, we’ll visit local wineries, wander through an orange grove, discover the fascinating tradition of sea salt harvesting, and learn about the ingredients and flavors that define southern Portuguese cuisine. We’ll gather around the table for a traditional cataplana, explore the region’s fishing heritage, venture into the Algarve countryside, and take to the water to experience its spectacular coastline from a completely different perspective. Each activity has been thoughtfully chosen not simply to show you the Algarve, but to help you taste it, understand it, and connect with the people who call it home.

Our tours are priced in euros (€) as we operate primarily in Europe and manage all travel-related costs in European currency. Charging in euros helps us maintain transparent pricing and avoid fluctuations in exchange rates.
