Welcome to Chania! Arrival, Welcome Drink + Dinner

Arrive in Chania and meet your driver for your included transfer to our hotel. After you settle in and freshen up, we’ll gather for a welcome drink to meet the group and ease into Cretan time.

In the evening, we’ll enjoy a welcome dinner together, sharing our first taste of local flavors and setting intentions for the days ahead.

Taste of Chania: Walking Food Tour

Today, we dive straight into Chania’s food scene with a guided walking food tour.

As we wander through the old town, you’ll sample Cretan specialties, learn about local ingredients, and hear the stories behind the dishes.

After our tour, explore the shops or hit the beach!

Countryside Vineyards: Wine Tasting

We will explore the natural beauty of Crete on a private tour through the Therisso Gorge, enjoying scenic views along the way.


Our tour takes us to visit the historic village of Therisso, where we can walk through the streets and learn about its history at the local museum.


After, we will head to a local winery to learn about the winemaking process and enjoy a tasting of some of Crete’s wines.


There will also be time to stop at a traditional taverna for a relaxed meal before returning to Chania.

Hidden Coves: Private Boat Day

We will spend the day on a private boat exploring some of Crete’s most beautiful spots, including Balos Lagoon and Gramvoussa Island.


We will swim in clear turquoise water, relax on the beach, and snorkel around a shipwreck.


Along the way, we will visit hidden beaches and sea caves that are only accessible by boat.


Meals, drinks, and snorkeling equipment are included, making this a full day of relaxing, exploring, and enjoying the coastline together.

From Chania to Rethymno: Old Town Charms

After breakfast, we will leave Chania for Rethymno!

We will explore Rethymno’s Old Town in the evening on a guided food tour, stopping at several local spots to try traditional Greek and Cretan dishes.


Along the way, we will enjoy tastings like raki, local wine, and fresh pastries, while learning about the culture and history of the area.


We will visit a mix of family-run tavernas, a local bakery, and a historic Venetian home, ending with a sweet treat.


This experience is like a full dinner, with plenty of food and a relaxed, social atmosphere.

Free day in Rethymno

For those who want to spend the day with me, let’s meet in the lobby and head out together into the old town of Rethymno.


We’ll start with an easy stroll through the Venetian streets, weaving through little alleyways filled with flowers, shops, and cafés.


It’s one of those places where you don’t really need a plan… just wander and see what catches your eye.


We’ll grab a coffee somewhere tucked away and ease into the day.

The plan is loose and relaxed.

Onward to Heraklion

Today we leave for our next adventure: Heraklion!

After checking into our boutique hotel, we will have an optional lunch followed by a self-guided audio tour through the city. It's a 90-minute walking tour you can do with the group or on your own!

Ancient Crete: Heraklion Archaeological Tour

Today, we explore Crete’s storied past with an archaeological tour at Knossos Palace.

With an expert guide, we’ll learn about the island’s ancient civilizations and see key sites that bring Cretan mythology and history to life.

It’s a fascinating, grounding day that connects everything we’ve seen so far.

A visit to the museum is optional and not included in our guided tour.

Sailing to Dia Island: Catamaran Cruise & Lunch

Sail on a spacious catamaran with sunbeds, shaded lounges, and soft music.
