Ladies of the A Annual Beach Day Trip June 3, 2023

Join us for our annual beach trip this year, we are returning to the beautiful Coligny Beach Park in Hilton Head, SC.

The beach is walking distance to many attractions, bars, shopping and eating places. The beach offers watersports, bike rentals and other activities within walking distance.   You are welcome to invite other women to the event.

You are welcome to bring beach chairs, coolers and anything else you need to bring.  

Costs: The total cost of the trip will be $130 per person which includes transportation. The rental for one set (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) is $44.00 plus tax per day. So you can rent a chair for $25.00 each. The chairs will be setup when we arrive. You are also welcome to bring your own chairs.

Safety: We will incorporate multiple safety precautions during the trip but request that you do not attend if you have tested positive or show any symptoms of COVID. If you are not able to attend, you are welcom to get a credit on a future trip/event. If the bus is sold out, you can sell your seat to another member/guest. We have the policy to allow us to continue with offering the trips. We have to cover the cost of the motorcoach.

Weather: Normally it always says rain at the beach, but if so, it' mostly very light. In case of extreme conditions, we do have some back up activties planned. There are wineries, shopping, museums and many other activities in the area.

Also, we are returning to Premier Charters bus company, we used last year for the beach trip. The service is reliable and the buses are very nice.
