Jonah Kest has been studying the Art and Science of breath and movement for nearly a decade. His worldly travels have introduced him to some of the most unique and cultural nuances of the Ancient Yoga Practice.

Journey Into the Edge – Safely meeting your limits and expanding them.

This intensive will take place in the vibrant and beautiful Miami Beach, Florida. Your non-refundable Deposit of $150 is due to save your spot. Spaces are limited.

YOGA ALLIANCE CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS ARE AVAILABLE. No pre-requisites are required to register. 

You are responsible for your meals and accommodations.
