Thank you Ill Viaggio for helping us with the vacation of a lifetime. Your attention to every detail has not gone unnoticed. The beauty of Costa Rica along with all of the wonderful people we met, left me with memories I’ll never forget.

The high-chair was appreciated and worked great. The trip was fantastic. Agostina was always responsive to our every need and question. Thank you for everything you did for us including Agos, Emilio and Diego. The Casa Xanadu was perfect for our family needs, and everyone enjoyed themselves. Our stay in Tambor and at Oxigen in Uvita were fantastic. Throughout our vacation, Allan our guide and driver was unbelievably helpful, kind, prepared and we really enjoyed spending time with Allan. We look forward to returning and thank you all from the entire family. Pura Vida and see you again Costa Rica.

While looking for help with ADA travel I found II Viaggo travel, I made a connection with Stephanie who took our specific needs away and lifted a huge weight from my shoulders. She gave us all we wanted and then some. Excellent attention to detail, always able to connect with her regarding questions and concerns. Provided a handicap van with the best driver/ assistant with wheelchair I could have asked for along with the most knowledgeable guide I’ve seen. This vacation touched me like no other, all because of II Viaggo travel and assistants

We had a fabulous vacation in Arenal and Guanacaste. My husband is a quadriplegic. As he is a farmer in the midwest of USA, he and I really enjoyed the organic farm tour with cooking class. The food was excellent and the people were so kind. The sloth tour and coffee and chocolate tour were very good and all accessible, as well. Also, the hanging bridges tour was good, however it rained most of the time so the animals were hiding. Our lodging at Nayara gardens was off the charts unbelievable. Absolutely, beautiful resort, stunning casita with pool and wonderful food. We splurged staying there. It is hard for a wheelchair bound person to get around with the hilly terrain and with the rain too. Their staff would help in anyway to make things possible. Our next lodging was at the Westin Conchal Reserve with club rooms. The rooms were ok. Enough room to get around but the lighting wasn't very good and the sink in the bathroom made a challenge for a few of our daily tasks. This is picky but for the price the pillows were awful. We had access to the club pool and that area was perfect. Lots of chairs available and shade. Loved seeing the howler monkeys in the trees. The food at the resort was not very good. I believe one evening, 2 of us in our group got food poisoning from the chicken parmesan. For my husband, the resort paths are cobblestone making it quite a bumpy ride to and from areas. On a side note, we traveled with friends and we requested the accommodations. The tour guide they lined up for us, Allan, was great. He spoke very good English and took us to a great restaurant in Fortuna one evening that had really good steaks. That's really saying something since we are from beef country. Everything otherwise for transportation went very smoothly.

We enjoyed our week long visit to Costa Rica, a gorgeous country. Our guides were knowledgeable about the flora an fauna. Personality wise, they were very nice.

We have just returned back to the UK from a 7 night trip. What an incredible experience. il Viaggio Travel - 100% recommend using this company for your guided tour / driver. They specialise in accessible travel ♿️ Booking with il Viaggio took the stress away and they organised everything. All of our transportation (10 seater minibus), hotels, trips/tours and restaurants were planned for us. From being collected from the airport, to being dropped at our final destination of the holiday, Emmanuel (driver/guide) stayed with us from start to finish. He was friendly, kind and so knowledgeable about his country and wildlife. We wouldn’t have spotted much without him, he is like a walking encyclopedia. We were lucky enough to see 2/3 toe sloths, viper snakes, leaf ants, howler monkeys, dart frogs, toucans, owls, iguanas, Jesus Christ lizards, and lots more. We spent the last 3 days relaxing at margaritaville as that’s what suited us best after 4 jam packed days. The sunsets on playa flamingo beach are stunning! All of the hotel staff were amazing, plenty of sun beds etc and the choice of food and drink was great. Short walk to bars / restaurants and small marina where we saw sting rays. Hotels: Monteverde country lodge Arenal Observatory Lodge & Trails Playa Flamingo Margaritaville Costa Rica Activities: Monteverde Santa Elena cloud forest Treetopia sky tram Paradise hot springs Mistico park handing bridges Sloth trail (near Don Juan) Don Juan chocolate and coffee tour
