This package is based on 2 adults and 2 children traveling together. The price is a global price per family. We are considering one room for the family with 2 double beds that will be shared by the family members. 

 Upon your arrival in San Jose airport, you will be greeted with a personal pick-up by an Il Viaggio Travel driver. They will transfer your family to Hotel Bougainvillea, only 20 minutes from the airport. At the hotel, you will be able to settle into your new surroundings, relax at the pool and in the lush Botanical gardens on-property, and enjoy dinner on your own at the hotel’s restaurant, Vitrales. 

Wake up to your first full day in Costa Rica! After a breakfast in the Vitrales restaurant (included in your package), relax while your driver transfers your family to Sarapiqui (2hr drive) for a white water rafting adventure on the Sarapiqui River (class II & III). After your river journey, enjoy lunch and leisure time at the Hotel Ara Ambigua in Sarapiqui, your accommodations for the evening. Even join in on a Frog Tour in the evening!

Wake up with a complimentary breakfast at the hotel before your driver transfers you from Sarapiqui to the Arenal region of Costa Rica (1.5 hours). Arrive at Sky Adventures to experience the Sky Tram and Sky Trek, taking in the views of the Arenal Volcano while ziplining through the forest. After your aerial adventure, your driver will bring you to the 1968 Volcano Park; here you will enjoy a lunch at the 1968 Lookout, and then walk the volcanic lava trails surrounding the park. After the park, you’ll transfer to Hotel Tilajari for the evening. Dinner on your own at the hotel's restaurant, Katira.

Enjoy complimentary breakfast at the hotel before your driver takes you and your family to the Pure Trek Canyoning & Waterfall tour. On this family and kid-friendly adventure, you will rappel down four waterfalls and one rock wall, and also experience a Monkey Drop - you will get wet! Lunch is provided onsite. After your Canyoning tour, your driver will transfer you to the Hot Springs of Baldi where you will soak in the warm waters heated by the nearby volcano. Kids can enjoy the waterslides and water park, while adults can relax in the quiet pools. That evening, you’ll return to Hotel Tilajari for another night’s stay.

Begin the day with breakfast (included) before checking out of Hotel Tilajari and transfering from the hotel to the town of Jaco (3.5 hrs). Here, you’ll check in to the Club del Mar and enjoy the facilities and town on your own. 

Start your day with a breakfast (included) at the Hotel Club del Mar before heading out for a truly incredible experience - an Adapted Surfing Lesson and Experience. An adaptive surf instructor will meet you at the beach and teach your family how to surf in the warm waves of the Pacific Ocean. Lessons begin on the beach, and only move to the water when students are comfortable. Instructors remain with students at all times. That evening, enjoy the Hotel del Mar on your own.

Enjoy breakfast (included) at Hotel del Mar before transferring from Jaco to Manuel Antonio, a one hour drive. Check in at the Hotel Parador and enjoy the pool, mini-golf course, and the Monkey Trail before heading out for an afternoon Sunset & Snorkel tour. Dinner on your own at the hotel, overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

Eat a good breakfast (included) at Hotel Parador before your driver takes you for your guided tour of the Manuel Antonio National Park. In the park, the tour guide will point out sloths, monkeys, raccoons, coatis, anteaters, and ocelots, as well as many different kinds of insects and butterflies. Bask in the beauty of the coves and beaches inside the park, and swim in the crystal clear blue waters. After your visit to the Manuel Antonio National Park, your driver will transfer you and your family back to San Jose (2.5 hrs), stopping for lunch along the way. Arrive at Hotel Studio and relax and enjoy your last night in Costa Rica on your own.

Enjoy breakfast (included) at the hotel before your flight home. Transfer to the airport three hours before your flight time.
