- A dynamic, alignment-based practice emphasizing breath awareness, sensation, and nervous system regulation.

We will explore the koshas (five energetic sheaths), the nadis (subtle energy channels), and the chakra system as tools for deepening awareness, healing, and transformation. This session includes:
- Discussion on samskaras (subconscious imprints) and how our past conditioning shapes perception.
- Journaling and reflection on personal narratives and their impact on healing and empowerment.
- A guided practice integrating breath, meditation, and movement to begin working with energetic blockages and limiting beliefs.
