Maile Sivert teaches exploratory, moderate paced yoga classes, always with an emphasis on breath, alignment and philosophy in West Marin, California and online. She is inspired by her teacher Richard Freeman, who she has been studying with since 1998. She aims to create an inviting, inclusive atmosphere, where all expressions of yoga are encouraged.
Maile loves hiking, dogs, eating vegetables from her garden, foraging for wild food, swimming, doing art with her daughter and mangoes. Let's go on yoga adventures together!

I have been fortunate to enjoy many retreats with Maile, and I try not to miss any. The day is always perfectly paced and varied with different options in between yoga practices. Maile is a very special yoga teacher with a warm and welcoming spirit that fosters mindfulness and relaxation.
