7:30 AM – Morning Vinyasa Practice
Begin your day with an energizing and heart-opening vinyasa class led by your retreat leader.
10 AM – Breakfast
Enjoy a nourishing, locally-sourced breakfast. Expect tropical fruit, fresh juice, smoothie bowls, and warm dishes that energize and replenish.
10:00 AM – Free Time to Explore
Whether in Ubud or Uluwatu, this is your time to adventure, shop, sip a coconut, or simply wander.
In Ubud: explore temples, cafes, the art market, or walk the Campuhan Ridge.
In Uluwatu: discover cliffside cafes, surf spots, beach coves, Bambu Fitness, Contrast Therapy Stations, Yoga Studios.....
1:00 PM – Lunch On Your Own
Explore local restaurants or enjoy food at your retreat center.
2:00 PM – Pool or Beach Time
Relax and reset. Lounge by the pool at Soulshine or swim in the crystal-clear waters of Uluwatu. This is your sacred pause.
5:00 pm- Possible evening specialty class at nearby yoga center (yoga barn or Alchemy yoga).
7:00 PM – Group Dinner on 2 Nights, or explore on your own
