Day 1: Arrive at our retreat destination nestled in plush gardens, with the yoga shala overlooking the gardens surrounded by rice fields in Ubud, Bali. We will have welcome activities, yoga practice, introduction to sound and a beautiful vegan meal.
Day 2: We will welcome our day with a powerful yoga and meditation practice, followed up with a journaling session and delicious breakfast. We will go off site in the afternoon to join local Laughing Yoga Instructors with BALI HAPPY and visit a local orphanage, where we will participate in music and yoga session with the children.
Day 3: We will start our day with a powerful somatic pilates session and discussion. We will visit the Holy Spring Water Temple. You will have time during the day to relax by the pool, the walk through the rice fields or visit the many local markets.
Day 4: We will visit an ancient healer and traditional shaman for a spiritual cleanse and shamanic healing.
Day 5: We will start our day with a meditation, yoga and breath work practice. We will spend the day soaking up the surroundings, enjoying free time, visiting the open air art market, resting or wandering the rice fields. We will finish our day with a nourishing yoga nidra session followed by and extended Tibetan sound healing session.
Day 6: We will have our final yoga practice and meditation together before breakfast and departure.
