Step into the final chapter of your 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training — or join us for Continued Education for current Certified Yoga Teachers— with intention, integration, and celebration.
This retreat is a space to land everything you’ve learned and embody your voice as a teacher. Set in the lush jungles of Ubud, Bali, we’ll gather for a soulful, week-long experience designed to support reflection, connection, and completion.
More than a destination, this retreat is a culmination — honoring your practice, your growth, and the path ahead.
For current certified yoga teachers, the Continued Education focus will center on:
The spine, shoulders, and backbends
Intelligent sequencing and preparation
How to safely and confidently teach all levels within an open-level class
This final immersion explores the Air Element, symbolizing expansion, connection, and expression. Over the course of this week, you'll:
Open the heart through upper-body anatomy, shoulder & spine integration, and safe backbending techniques
Learn tools for nervous system regulation and explore the energetics of breath & subtle body work
Dive into the art of transitions, weaving breath, movement, and intention
Practice the principles of "Living Your Yoga", turning your training into a way of being
Build confidence and creativity in teaching backbends, heart-openers, and expansive sequences
This module marks the final requirement of your 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training through Flow Yoga School. You’ll leave Yoga Alliance Certified, empowered, and fully prepared to teach impactful, embodied yoga. Together, we will close our journey with a meaningful graduation ceremony under the Bali skies.
