We are so thrilled to be heading back to SE Asia! The birthplace of the Whole Experience Retreats and one of our favorite regions in the world. We will be hosting this retreat on the beautiful island of Koh Samui, Thailand.

This women's wellness retreat is designed to be a joyful, unforgettable experience for women from all different backgrounds and walks of life. We created our retreats to truly cater to everyBODY! All you need to have is a interest in wellness and a love for travel. We will handle everything else.

Enjoy 7 nights, 8 days in a stunning private wellness resort, surrounded by like minded women! We have created the ultimately itinerary that YOU get to pick and choose from. Your week will include an all-inclusive access to yoga and wellness classes, workshops, massage, sound therapy, May Thai class and iconic activities like visiting the Elephants at an award winning sanctuary and a Thai cooking class on an organic farm.

Our retreats include beautiful accommodations, delicious meals prepared with fresh local ingredients, and expertly led by our staff of professional instructors who lead fitness and wellness classes for every level.

Enjoy our private award winning wellness resort booked exclusively for our tribe! Resort amenities include: sauna, massive infinity pool, on site gym, two yoga shells, onsite restaurant, juice bar, spa, tea station, library and MORE.

We are a white glove service, so we will be here with you every step of the way! From the time you book till the time you return home.

Here are just a few of the ways we provide support:

After you pay your first installment, you will be scheduled for a 1:1 welcome call. During this call we will walk you step by step on how you can book a flight. You will additionally receive a retreat guidebook that will contain a step by step process of everything you need to prepare for your retreat from packing lists to travel logistics we have everything covered for you.

We will also have a group WhatsApp with other retreat attendees and you can cordite with fellow tribe members leaving for similar home destinations.

If you prefer, we also have a preferred third party partner that we can refer to you and for a small fee she can manage all of your flight logistics and bookings.

The Whole Experience is designed to be a safe place where women can come together as a tribe and experience the world while learning about healthy living. You will notice instantly that Tameika and Whitney pour their heart into every retreat. You may arrive as our guests but you leave as friends. With Tameika and Whitney's guidance you can expect a week filled with sisterhood, cultural experiences, healthy food, workshops, yoga, meditation, boot camps, laughter, joy, and fun!

This retreat trip has set the bar!!!!!! A super high pole vault level bar!! lol If i go on any other retreats, they have some big shoes to fill because I will forever compare them to the perfect experience that is The Whole Experience. I felt very secure prior to the trip because of these things: - monthly payments with reminders - call with Tameika/Whitney soon after registration - What's app group - zoom calls with the group - detailed description of Koh Samui airport and how to find driver on arrival - getting my roommate's contact and having the chance to speak with her - digital trip booklet with info on the accommodation, what to pack, flight tips, etc. - a video a few weeks before the trip explaining the itinerary and how to book our massage or anything else - Tameika & Whitney answering questions in the group chat with warmth, patience and kindness And there's probably more things that I am forgetting. I knew the trip was going to be great because of all of these very organized details. Now let's talk about the trip itself!! I wasn't expecting to be greeted with a hug but Tameika and Whitney hugged me at the separate times I met them and that felt very nice. It made me feel like they were genuinely happy to see me and that I was more than just an attendee on the retreat. The itinerary at first was a little overwhelming and that's only because of how early everything started lol i love a packed vacation but seeing 6:30 a.m mindfulness activities followed by movement activities at 7 a.m and we didn't even have breakfast yet??? ... *insert jaw drop emoji* this was very much out of my comfort zone!! but i really did want to take in the "whole experience" so i set an intention to attend EVERYTHING! And thankfully i did! These are the parts of my trip that I give high ratings to: - Guided meditation every morning - Exercise every morning, whether it was a walk on the beach, HIIT, yoga or my newfound love .. Pilates!! - the accommodation overall (salt room, chill lounge, big beautiful infinity pool, cafe) - "meet your tribe" social activities - amazing food practically 'round the clock (i actually survived the vegan life) - movie night - game night - temples tour - night market (i shop shop SHOPPED!!) - elephant sanctuary (a dream) - beach trip - farewell dinner with a traditional Thai presentation - making essential oils - personal development workshops - a free day - great massages - comfy room (little small for 2 but still a nice cozy room, minus the mosquitoes) - muy thai - beautiful welcome gifts (robe, bag, scarves, journal, fan) - sound therapy (something i still do now. it's really helped with my sleep) - Thai cooking class - thoughtful farewell gifts and awards so basically i give everything high ratings lol which is why i said pole vault high at the beginning! Congratulations Tameika & Whitney! You both have certainly found your calling. You are both super talented and I love knowing how many women you have helped and how many more women you will help. I would highly recommend your retreats to anyone and I'm excited for the next retreat I attend. Thank you so so so so so much!!

The skeptic in me was shocked at how much she enjoyed this trip. I came in knowing that I'm not a super touchy feely person and also I'm not a group person. I was scared entering this trip, thinking that maybe I bit off more than I can chew, when we had a group chat and ppl checking in months before the trip occurred. It wasn't all kumbaya, cycle syncing as I pictured it would be. These women are real women in the tough world just like me. And yes some people are the let's hug and be BFFs but I was surprised to see there were ppl who were like me as well, who's social batteries get drained and need time to recharge. I knew that I was having a great time when I found a friend who I would met at the pool for us to read next to each other. The host were amazing and made everyone feel seen and welcomed. I would def travel with The Whole Experience/G-Girls again.

This is my second retreat with The Whole Experience and once again they created an amazing and memorable experience for myself and the women involved. Whitney and Tameika are the kindest and most organized women I have ever met! The retreat gives women the opportunity to connect, learn, and grow in a safe space while also leaning into vulnerability and sisterhood! The retreat provided diverse plant based meals, empowerment workshops, free time, mindfulness, movement options, excursions, movie nights, the list goes on! It truly is a whole experience and you get from it what you put into it. If you're nervous to travel solo, this is your opportunity to take the leap! This group makes it easy because you can connect with people and make travel plans to arrive together. You may begin the process as a solo traveler but you finish the trip having so many friends and gaining the confidence to travel solo again!

The Whole Experience retreat in Cape Town superseded all of my expectations. Tameika and Whitney curated an experience that included adventure, relaxation, movement, self reflection, sisterhood, cultural education and celebration. Both Tameika and Whitney were intentional about holding space for every woman that attended and created a space that was authentic, safe and fun. They stayed true to their brand the entire week and made sure that we all had a “whole experience” in Cape Town, South Africa!

I have written and deleted this review several times because words cannot describe The Whole Experience Retreats. The hosts, Whitney and Tameika, are beautiful souls. I can understand why they have an amazing friendship. Not only do they understand each other very well, but they understand you as well. They do their best to make you feel comfortable while being away from home. They are very attentive to your needs. I had a spiritual awakening while in the Motherland and I experienced it with some of most joyous, energizing, and loving people I have ever met. Honestly, words cannot describe how refreshed you will feel after attending one of the Whole Experience Retreats. I am a Tribe Member for LIFE! Thank you for an amazing experience that I will never forget ❤️
