We are so thrilled to be heading back to SE Asia! The birthplace of the Whole Experience Retreats and one of our favorite regions in the world. We will be hosting this retreat on the beautiful island of Koh Samui, Thailand.

This women's wellness retreat is designed to be a joyful, unforgettable experience for women from all different backgrounds and walks of life. We created our retreats to truly cater to everyBODY! All you need to have is a interest in wellness and a love for travel. We will handle everything else.

Enjoy 7 nights, 8 days in a stunning private wellness resort, surrounded by like minded women! We have created the ultimately itinerary that YOU get to pick and choose from. Your week will include an all-inclusive access to yoga and wellness classes, workshops, massage, sound therapy, May Thai class and iconic activities like visiting the Elephants at an award winning sanctuary and a Thai cooking class on an organic farm.

Our retreats include beautiful accommodations, delicious meals prepared with fresh local ingredients, and expertly led by our staff of professional instructors who lead fitness and wellness classes for every level.

Enjoy our private award winning wellness resort booked exclusively for our tribe! Resort amenities include: sauna, massive infinity pool, on site gym, two yoga shells, onsite restaurant, juice bar, spa, tea station, library and MORE.

We are a white glove service, so we will be here with you every step of the way! From the time you book till the time you return home.

Here are just a few of the ways we provide support:

After you pay your first installment, you will be scheduled for a 1:1 welcome call. During this call we will walk you step by step on how you can book a flight. You will additionally receive a retreat guidebook that will contain a step by step process of everything you need to prepare for your retreat from packing lists to travel logistics we have everything covered for you.

We will also have a group WhatsApp with other retreat attendees and you can cordite with fellow tribe members leaving for similar home destinations.

If you prefer, we also have a preferred third party partner that we can refer to you and for a small fee she can manage all of your flight logistics and bookings.

The Whole Experience is designed to be a safe place where women can come together as a tribe and experience the world while learning about healthy living. You will notice instantly that Tameika and Whitney pour their heart into every retreat. You may arrive as our guests but you leave as friends. With Tameika and Whitney's guidance you can expect a week filled with sisterhood, cultural experiences, healthy food, workshops, yoga, meditation, boot camps, laughter, joy, and fun!

This review will not give my Whole Experience justice because the magnitude of the vibrational impact is transformative within every fiber of my spiritual/physical being is immeasurable. The infectious love, support, acceptance, compassion, and laughter that I received from my like-minded sisters and the amazing organizers, Tameika, and Whitney was authentic and limitless. Our camaraderie connection was an indelible experience that I will always cherish for years to come. The atmosphere, activities and meals fed my body and soul in significant ways every day. This retreat increased my bandwidth of empowerment and the motivation to create space for what I desire. Costa Rica was the perfect place to unplug and reset with peace and tranquility. My “Whole Experience” exceeded my expectations in myriad ways! Thank you, Tameika, and Whitney, for investing in our WE tribe with your hearts and souls|! First and foremost I would like to say that never in a million years would I have considered traveling solo. This is my first and most definitely will not be my last to do so. I am so glad that I chose to step out of my comfort zone and click that confirm button to book this retreat. From the moment I received that 1 on 1 call from Whitney G. to my meeting with another solo traveler at the hopper flight, I would say that my experience with this Costa Rica Retreat has been nothing but amazing. From our hosts Ms. Whitney G. and Mrs. Tameika to my fellow tribe members. There were so many activities planned for the group. This included daily meditation, journaling, and yoga. I had so much support from Whitney and Tameika. I appreciate how they were always there when I or a fellow tribe member needed them. They helped me with my fear of going in the water up to my neck and they helped me to connect with my inner self and showed me several tools that I can incorporate in my life daily to help me with personal growth. I also loved the fact that Whitney G. and Tameika reminded us that this is our/your retreat. We were never forced to participate in anything and I loved how they were always available to us and cared about how we were doing and how they could help. In addition, I was really in awe of the amenities, the delicious vegetarian meals that were prepared by our amazing chef Maya, and the staff that was always there and willing to help with whatever they could. I would like to say that if you are looking to get away and do not have anyone to go away with I highly recommend any retreat that Whitney G and Tameika have planned. Not only do you meet up with other like-minded solo travelers but you develop a bond with these individuals which could potentially lead to a lifelong friendship with some of them. Be that person to step out of your comfort zone and do it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE TO ANYONE BECAUSE WHAT YOU ARE GETTING BY BOOKING ONE OF THESE RETREATS IS A WHOLE EXPERIENCE THAT YOU WON'T REGREAT!!!!.

I had an amazing time in Costa Rica with The Whole Experience. Meeting 20 other amazing women and relaxing in paradise was just what I needed to kickstart my new year. I gained tools and techniques for organizing my life, goal setting and prioritizing my wellness. This trip was the best decision and most valuable investment I’ve ever made for myself. WOW! This trip with The Whole Experience exceeded all of my expectations! When Tameika G and Whitney G advertise a white glove experience, they mean it! I was guided the entire way through the process as a solo traveler. This Costa Rica wellness retreat was nothing short of magical! I spent 8 blissful days with 21 other phenomenal women, including Tameika and Whitney. Chef Maya provided deliciously satisfying vegetarian meals 3 times a day! Accommodations were impeccable. I enjoyed all of the daily movement activities facilitated by either Whitney or Tameika, including yoga and boot camp! They were truly invested in each and every one of us in the most genuine and loving way! Wellness and adventure was promised and they truly delivered! Every day when I didn’t think it could get any better the G girls had another surprise up their sleeves! This trip is one of the best gifts I could ever give to myself! My cup is full and I feel transformed in the best way!

The Whole Experience retreat in Cape Town superseded all of my expectations. Tameika and Whitney curated an experience that included adventure, relaxation, movement, self reflection, sisterhood, cultural education and celebration. Both Tameika and Whitney were intentional about holding space for every woman that attended and created a space that was authentic, safe and fun. They stayed true to their brand the entire week and made sure that we all had a “whole experience” in Cape Town, South Africa!

I have written and deleted this review several times because words cannot describe The Whole Experience Retreats. The hosts, Whitney and Tameika, are beautiful souls. I can understand why they have an amazing friendship. Not only do they understand each other very well, but they understand you as well. They do their best to make you feel comfortable while being away from home. They are very attentive to your needs. I had a spiritual awakening while in the Motherland and I experienced it with some of most joyous, energizing, and loving people I have ever met. Honestly, words cannot describe how refreshed you will feel after attending one of the Whole Experience Retreats. I am a Tribe Member for LIFE! Thank you for an amazing experience that I will never forget ❤️
