"The Most Well-Organized Retreat I've Ever Experienced"
After attending five retreats this year, I can confidently say that this was the most well-organized, thoughtfully orchestrated experience from beginning to end. Every detail was considered — from pre-retreat communication to post-retreat integration. The container created was so intentional and secure that it became a space for deep transformation and relationships I know will be life-changing.
What impressed me most was how they balanced structure with spaciousness, logistics with heart, and professionalism with warmth. They didn't just host a retreat — they set the bar for how retreats should be managed.

To the most amazing hosts and every single person in Bali, I say thank you. I cannot be more grateful. God truly blessed me. The host were amazing, the itinerary options were wonderful and so inclusive, there was beautiful intention setting from beginning to end, everyone in Bali was beautiful from the natives to those in the trip. I was especially happy about the food especially because I’m plant based most of the time. The views were amazing, the resort was one I will definitely be back to and I could go on and on. Tameika & Whitney, thank you for curating the most amazing women’s wellness retreat that a girl can ask for. I wish I had been going on your retreats since you started, but I’m forever grateful for the beautiful space that you both held for me and other women in Bali. I had an amazing week with The Whole Experience in Bali. I felt truly taken care of from the time I signed up all the way to finally travelling to the airport to go back home. The food, accommodations and activities were top-notch and I would absolutely do it again!

I'd heard about The Whole Experience from my sister, who had traveled to Thailand with them last year. She had nothing but glowing things to say, and now I know why! I had the best experience at the Soulshine Bali retreat. The women were amazing, the experiences were unforgettable, the grounds were magical, and everything in between was just wonderful. I was so impressed with all the attention paid to the littlest of details. It was such a memorable experience, and I am truly grateful to have been a part of it. The Whole Experience Retreat was amazing! I have been to two - Costa Rica & Bali. Each experience was unique and the common thread was the wellness experienced, the sisterhood, and the renewal of body, mind, and spirit.

Review of The Whole Experience Thailand Retreat 2 (July 28, 2024 to August 4, 2024)
If you are on the fence whether or not to book a retreat with The Whole Experience, I have three words for you…JUST DO IT!!!
This Thailand retreat was a transformative experience that combined health, wellness and fitness, as well as culture, fun, adventure and female bonding at a beautiful resort and overall safe space.
Our tour hosts Tameika G. and Whitney Gee were warm and friendly, radiating a naturally positive energy throughout the week. They meticulously organized and coordinated this retreat down to the smallest detail, including hotel and airport pickups, luggage handling, transport to and from event venues, delicious and healthy meals, in addition to thoughtful welcome and farewell surprises.
Tameika and Whitney also provided continuous support and timely communication with items such as packing and travel tips, healthy habit reminders (stay hydrated!), cultural nuances, suggestions for optional pursuits and navigating respectfully as a tourist in Thailand.
The retreat itinerary was expertly curated to offer an ideal balance of activities, ranging from daily meditation and fitness classes (for all levels - beginner, intermediate and advanced), yoga, journaling, personal development workshops, positive affirmations and gratitude boosters, spa treatments and pool time, as well as cultural, educational and fun offsite adventures. There was plenty of down time to relax in between events. Activity participation was optional, with no pressure to engage in anything you did not wish to.
In conclusion, I am thrilled I took the plunge and dove into a “The Whole Experience” retreat. This retreat exceeded my expectations in supporting my personal wellness journey, in addition to providing excitement, rejuvenation and self-care. I have already booked the 2025 Bali retreat and am looking forward to a repeat of a fabulous time.
In conclusion, I recommend you treat yourself to a “The Whole Experience” retreat. Once it is over, you’ll wonder why you hadn’t done so sooner.
