Based on the 7 Doorways of Vinyasa Yoga by Jonny Kest and directly from the Ashtanga Yoga lineage, we present  Kest Yoga Teacher Training: A 200 Hour Intensive certified by the Yoga Alliance.  Within this experience you will be offered the tools to deepen your own personal yoga and meditation practice and to create a communal experience that is both provocative and enriching. The Course is open to anyone who has ever been curious about personal and professional growth through their yoga practice. New and experienced students welcome.

The Vinyasa class sequencing within the 7 Doorway method is rhythmic and responsible. It’s intuitive nature is the groundwork for all that we will touch physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

• Intuitive Sequencing

Learn to break down each flow and discover exactly why and how the pieces fit together. Discover breath as the bridge from thinking to feeling. Apply the 5 Elements of Nature for exceptional results.

• Acro Yoga & Inversion Practice

The profound effects of Inversion Therapy and partner work ( of many kinds ) are both integral in a well balanced practice and community experience. Seeing ourselves and others from a new perspective is an exceptional tool. 

• Community Outreach / Teaching Yoga

We will ensure that you leave the training feeling confident to teach. The art of giving and receiving feedback are relied on heavily to draw out the certainty our students demand! 

• The Lineage & History of Yoga

We will begin at the root of an ancient practice and enter into discussion of how Yoga has come to where we are at today, in the present. Ethical Responsibility (Ahimsa) will be considered along with the 5 Precepts
