An 8-Week Online Yoga Teacher Training
8 Weeks | April–May
This 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is designed for students who want more than just poses and cues.
Over eight weeks, we’ll explore yoga as a living practice: embodied, intelligent, and deeply human. Through live Zoom sessions, guided practice, discussion, and integration, you’ll learn how to move with awareness, teach with clarity, and understand yoga beyond surface-level form.
This training is equally for those who feel called to teach and those who want to deepen their personal practice. Teaching is not required. Presence is.
You’ll leave with a strong foundation in Vinyasa sequencing, functional movement, breath, meditation, philosophy, and the confidence to share yoga in a way that feels authentic and grounded.
Led by Jonah Kest alongside his trusted teachers, many of whom have been working closely with him for over five years, and supported by a rotating group of incredible, world-renowned guest teachers. Together, they bring depth, experience, and a shared commitment to the integrity of the practice.
