Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Full Payment: Full payment must be completed by July 6, 2026. After this date, payments are non-refundable.
Transfers: In the event you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant up until July 6, 2026, by contacting us in writing. After this date, transfers are not permitted.
