Black Naturists Association (BNA) is putting a new spin on Memorial Day week with our annual Black & Naked Homecoming, the premier Black Nudist event at Hedonism!! Enjoy 7 (or 5!) nights of fun, food, relaxation, libations, and--in true BNA fashion--nude freedom...it's an experience you'll want to have year after year!

The price listed for double occupancy rooms is what each person in a 2-person room must pay. If booking together as a couple (or as friends), please book 2 participants in the double category of your chosen room type.

Member Discounts 

In order to receive a member discount, you must be a member of BNA before booking your trip, and you must use the member discount code at the time of booking. Member discounts will not be applied retroactively. If you book the trip, and then become a member later, or if you are a current member and do not use the member discount code at the time of booking, the discount will not be retroactively applied to your reservation.

BNA's Black & Naked Homecoming 2025 activities and specialty swag items are ONLY for those who have booked with our group. There is no "activities-only" fee that one can pay to just participate if you have booked on your own or with another group.

With absolutely everything included in one upfront price, you never have to think about money. Not even tips. Just what to do next. And when. 

Please note that the number of rooms with 2 beds is extremely limited, and if you ask to be paired with a roommate, a room with 2 beds is *not* guaranteed. Requests for separate beds may be accommodated by either a room with 2 single beds or a room with 1 king bed and 1 single bed. 

Those seeking to be paired with a roommate will be accommodated on a first come, first served basis. Please note that it is not possible to guarantee a particular gender for bedmates/roommates. Both parties must be booked in the same room category in order to be placed together. 

There is no guarantee that a roommate will be available. If we are unable to secure a roommate for someone that has booked double occupancy by 60 days prior to the trip, that guest will be responsible for paying the difference for a single occupancy room. 

If you choose to switch to a single occupancy room after a roommate has been secured, and the roommate still attends, any additional amount that has to be paid to "re-home" your roommate to another room in a different rate category, or into a single room if another double is unavailable, will be added to the amount that you will have to pay to transition from double to single occupancy.

If you choose to cancel your reservation after a roommate has been secured, and the roommate still attends, any additional amount that has to be paid to "re-home" your roommate to another room in a different rate category, or into a single room if another double is unavailable, will be deducted from any funds that may be returned to you after transferring your reservation to another traveler. We do not guarantee the transferability of your reservation.

Payment schedules (dates and amounts) are as listed for each room type. If you book the trip after the payment schedule has begun, you will be prompted to make a "catch-up payment"  upon booking. Final balance payments are due March 15, 2025 regardless of when you booked the trip.

A late fee of $50 will be assessed on the 5th day after any missed payment, and will be added to the balance of the reservation. 

Reservations with payments more than 30 days overdue are subject to cancellation without refund. Guests whose reservations have been cancelled, either at their own request or due to nonpayment, that still want to attend the trip, must pay a $50 reinstatement fee, plus any applicable late fees and the overdue amount, in order for the reservation to be reinstated. 

New Bookings may be cancelled within 24 hours after booking for full refund of deposit.  After 24 hours, all trip deposits and payments are nonrefundable and you must work with your travel insurance provider to obtain reimbursement for nonrefundable expenses due to cancellations. 

We do allow you to transfer your trip to another traveler.  There is a one-time transfer fee of $100 to transfer your booking to another traveler.  While we can assist with the transfer process, ultimately the responsibility is yours to find someone to whom you can transfer your reservation. Please email us at BlackNaturistsAssociation@gmail.com to process your transfer. Any and all transfers must be completed by no later than 90 days prior to the start of the trip (February 23, 2025).

We recommend a comprehensive travel insurance policy that includes a "Cancel for Any Reason" protection clause to cover your costs.

Proof of travel insurance is required and must be submitted by February 23, 2025. 

All deposits and payments are non-refundable. There are hundreds of circumstances that could cause you to cancel your trip, return home early or force you to seek emergency medical treatment while traveling. Travel insurance also offers coverage for unforeseen problems such as, an unexpected financial change or scheduling conflict, a cancelled flight or a serious illness. Your comprehensive travel insurance policy should include medical coverage, and we highly recommend "Cancel for Any Reason" protection clauses to cover your costs.   It is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance immediately after booking, as most companies only allow 10-14 days after the initial booking to offer "Cancel for Any Reason" protection.

Travelers are responsible for adhering to all rules and regulations set forth regarding admission into the country of Jamaica, including, but not limited to, any requirements for testing, health screening, and prior authorization for travel. Black Naturists Association will not be liable for a traveler's failure to meet or adhere to any requirements or deadlines.

A preliminary sexual offender check will be completed for all non-members upon booking.  By booking this trip, you certify that you are not now, nor have ever been, registered as, or convicted of being, a sexual predator.  You have not been convicted of any sex crimes including, but not limited to; rape, child pornography or molestation, statutory rape, indecency with a minor or any internet sex crimes.
