We had a great time overall, with comfortable accommodation. However, the shower was a bit cold. Breakfast was served early, which was perfect for our early visit to Machu Picchu. We opted for the 360 train for its show, snacks, and better view, but we found it wasn't worth the additional $20 to $30. Other passengers mentioned that the other trains offered the same show, and the snacks was worse then on planes, couldnt even ask for two drinks, only one (like a coffee and water), making the extra cost unjustified. Except for the that, which is not the agency fault, everything went as smooth as planed. Great time even with bad weather. The agency fulfilled what we expected.

Visiting Machu Picchu is a fantastic experience. We enjoyed this once-in-a-lifetime trip. However, timing can be somewhat tight. Also, the way to and back from the site (Hidroelectrica) is a mix of 5 hours solid roads that allow for a convenient drive, and 2 hours of absolutely frightening roads over cliffs that left us with weak knees. However, the agency offers rebooking services, and the overall communication was pleasant.
