One of the greatest places I’ve stayed at! Aymir was amazing, what he did with the place is beautiful, and his commitment to sustainability and keeping the forest and the wildlife safe is truly inspiring. We were lucky enough to see monkeys, plenty of birds and elephants, which made the trip wholesome. The rest of the staff was excellent, kind and warm. I will always remember this experience and cannot thank Aymir enough for it! Note: it is a place to immerse oneself in nature and being mindful and respectful of it is a must to not destroy this unique habitat

Hi Celia, Thank you so much for your truly kind words! We're thrilled you and your friends had such a memorable experience, and we're especially grateful you appreciated the vision and commitment to sustainability. The team works hard here to keep this forest protected for future generations of animals and people! We hope to welcome you back to the forest again someday!

Thank you so much, Ryan and Sian, for volunteering at our amazing Sumatra project. You have a fun way of describing it as ' orangutans on tap', but it's true: you can't do any better than this by seeing and hearing them so close in their natural home, but still at a safe distance.

Great trip, many thanks to Hymeir. Really hidden gem, there were no people at all! Only sounds of nature. I hope it will remain hidden. We could not see the elephants, only heard them, so we need to come one more time.

Eye-opening experience, really got to experience living with the bare essentials. Got to see some really beautiful reefs and learnt a lot about the conservation work that is being done + got to help out in their conservation work.
