Breath is more than a tool for relaxation—it’s a gateway to expansion. By shifting our habitual breath patterns, we can access altered states of consciousness, awaken creativity, and step into a greater sense of presence. Generative Practices include any intentional activity that helps us tap into the unknown, allowing new ways of thinking, feeling and expressing ourselves to emerge.
Through breathwork, movement, and play, we will break free from old patterns and step into new possibilities. We’ll explore the full spectrum of experience—moving through discomfort as a pathway to pleasure, deep connection, and embodied transformation.
The Driftless Region of Wisconsin is unlike any other landscape in the Midwest. This region was never flattened by glaciers, leaving behind rolling hills, deep valleys, limestone bluffs and winding spring-fed rivers. Red Clover Ranch rests in the heart of this resilient place of rugged beauty and quiet magic–an ideal setting for rest, renewal and creative exploration.
Join us for a weekend of breath, creativity, and play—a space to move beyond the ordinary and step into a more expansive, vibrant version of yourself.
